About 40 years ago, youth and madness was the driving force for our self educated Head Chef, Mrs Toula, to keep dreaming and thinking outside the box. Her passion for cooking, Greek tradition and her respect to her hometown led her to create Toula’s Seaside. A hotspot where, her hands and non-experienced mind, helped her to establish fine dining on the beautiful island of Corfu. And her dreams started to blossom and our restaurant thrived and became a success and at the restaurant there was a succession of successful moments when suddenly the son of Mrs Toula, Nikos and her wife Agathi met and – through their karmic relationship – helped our restaurant succeed in breaking through with their new ideas, proving anew that even the most unrealistic dreams can come true if you throw yourself heart and soul into an effort.
