We pride ourselves on establishing our cellar, a masterpiece, that added another dimension to our bar. Indeed, this cellar helps you escape into the oasis of our bar, a scenic getaway from city’s fast-paced life. It is notable, that at our cellar you are offered a collection of over 160 labels of Greek and foreign wines as well as a wide variety of Greek and foreign spirits and cigars that have been deservedly included in our collection.
Fresh ingredients play a vital role in contemporary Greek cuisine, which are also a vital part of our team’s philosophy. Our Chef and her team pick every product used in recipes from our privately held organic garden, situated in the same area as our restaurant. Vegetables, herbs, fruit and spices contribute to the creation of pure tastes and cocktail flavours. Now, keep in mind that Mother Nature offers everything that may help us savour the taste of simplicity.
About 40 years ago, youth and madness was the driving force for our self educated Head Chef, Mrs Toula, to keep dreaming and thinking outside the box. Her passion for cooking, Greek tradition and her respect to her hometown led her to create Toula’s Seaside. A hotspot where, her hands and non-experienced mind, helped her to establish fine dining on the beautiful island of Corfu.
